How SponsorFest Works

With SponsorFest you implement your sponsorship program in three easy steps:

Step 1: Plan

In step one you specify your sponsorship requirements:

We review the responses, determine which events provide the best fit and deliver data-driven recommendations to your private web account. You see the recommendations on your computer, and get detailed selection criteria about the events.

To review the events you simply click on the individual recommendations to see detailed information including consumer profiles pictures and contact information of the events.

SponsorFest shows you the percentage of attendees that match your requirements for each event (the Effective Reach), including the cost per person, providing a new level of discipline to event sponsorship purchasing. SponsorFest even provides you a Gantt chart calendar view of your program and where the events fit in your campaign.

To buy the sponsorship package for an event you simply approve it for purchase. SponsorFest notifies the event, and supports completion of the purchasing process electronically. Your account manager is there step-by-step to make sure you are satisfied. Once the purchase is complete, handoff data is supplied through SponsorFest for each event sponsorship package you purchase.

Step 3: Measure

SponsorFest starts improving your program ROI before you begin your program by allowing you to select the events with the most effective reach for you’re investment, organized by team and region.
